HD Radio does offer better listening than traditional, terrestrial radio and many stations offer some interesting programming via their HD2 and HD2 subchannels (those "stations between the stations"). For example, where I live one of the easy listening stations has an HD2 subchannel that broadcasts nothing but Delta blues. IMHO it is these HD2 channels that make HD Radio a good buy.
