Why does Digg.com not form a partnership with a company such as www.blogbackuponline.com or http://www.archive.org/index.php or Google to offer a “Cached” link that would appear next to the comments, Blog It, Email It links below.
Maybe this feature could only be added when the site goes down either to the digg effect or other hosting or service issues.
I for one am tired of seeing a very interesting submission after looking through many uninteresting submissions only to see the myriad of varying error messages.
