Red Tape
If there is one thing that I really hate it is red tape. Being told you cannot do something or having something delayed just because someone does not want you to do anything new is complete bullcrap. Having procedures and rules thrown in your face at every turn is garbage. If a rule does not make sense then that rule needs to be changed. We must also look at why paperwork and reports must be done. Does anyone ever audit or view the forms or reports? Are they really necessary?
