Personal Problems in the Work Place
One issue that constantly bothers me is personal problems in the work place usually between employees. Aside from harassment issues this problem is usually caused by one employee that is all about drama. Some times passive aggressive behavior or back stabbing can enter into things. Overall this behavior creates a frustrating or depressing work experience and can often destroy a work unit or group from within. It is only a matter of time. There are many approaches but often the best is to either leave or to wait it out.
